OUR ESTATES
The Estates are situated in and around Ceres, a major agricultural centre of the Western Cape. Ceres is approximately 90 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport in a north easterly direction, passing through the scenic Du Toitskloof, Breerivier, Mitchells and Gydo mountain passes.
Six of the Estates are located high up in the mountains in the Koue Bokkeveld, about 40 minutes drive from the Ceres town centre. Ceres is internationally known as the Valley of Eden and the estates are no exception. Delicious fruit is moulded by nature during long, beautiful summer days to develop the fruit to its fullest extent and through harsh, cold winters to rest the trees for the next season. Good soil, slopes and modern technology combined with nature ensure the finest produce. Two of the Estates are located in the warmer Wolseley area and as such are best suited for stone fruit production. |
